Shipping & Returns


Delivery, Availability of Goods, Responsibility and Ownership

(1) The delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance. If no or no other delivery time is indicated for the relevant goods in our online store, this is 1-3 working days for Belgium, 2-3 working days for the Netherlands. The other countries depends on the carrier you select.

(2) After placing an order, a shipping method cannot be changed. The customer must select a collection point in his order confirmation.

(3) If the product you have chosen is not in stock, we will inform you immediately in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, we will not issue a declaration of acceptance. In this case an agreement will not be concluded.

(4) If the product you selected when placing the order is only temporarily unavailable, we will also immediately inform you of this in the order confirmation.

(5) You are responsible for the products from the moment you receive them. We will retain ownership of the Products until we receive full payment for the Products, at which time you will become the owner of those Products.


Return and refund conditions

Our return policy is 14 days after purchase . After that, the right of return and the right to a refund expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and the sku code label must not be removed. It must also be in the original packaging. Goods may not have been worn or smell of perfume. 

There are no returns for promotions or discounts.

When returning a large number of items, we charge a return cost of 3 euros per item. This is to preserve the sustainable aspect.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All types of goods not purchased on cannot be returned.

To complete your return:

You can log in to your account on the webshop and register your return. If you still have an old account, you can use the return form . Once we have received and approved your request, you will receive information to return the goods.

A return via email will not be accepted.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


The right to a refund only applies within 14 days of the purchase date. If the goods have been worn or damaged, this right lapses. If labels are missing, this right also lapses. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
