Shipping

We process and ship each order with care after payment has been received.

Delivery times

• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• The Netherlands: 2–3 business days
• Other countries: delivery times depend on the selected carrier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If an item is temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns

We hope your purchase fully meets your expectations.
If this is not the case, you may return your order within 14 days of shipment.

Items must:

• be unworn and unused
• have the original labels attached
• be returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Mohair scarves in the colours bridal, white and milk cannot be returned
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or converted into a store credit within 14 days
  (excluding the last week of the sale)

Return requests must be submitted via your webshop account or the return form.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
