Delivery, Availability of Goods, Responsibility and Ownership

(1) The delivery times indicated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance. If no or no other delivery time is indicated for the respective goods in our online shop, this is 1-3 working days for Belgium, 2-3 working days for the Netherlands. The other countries depend on the carrier you select.

(2) After placing an order, a shipping method cannot be changed. The customer must select a pick-up point in his order confirmation.

(3) If the product you have selected is not in stock, we will inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, we will not issue a declaration of acceptance. A contract will not be concluded in this case.

(4) If the product you selected when ordering is only temporarily unavailable, we will also inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation.

(5) You will be responsible for the products from the moment you receive them. We will retain ownership of the products until we have received full payment for the products, at which point you will become the owner of those products.

 

Return and refund conditions

Our right of return is 14 days after purchase . After that, the right of return and the right to a refund expire.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the SKU tag intact. It must also be in the original packaging. Items cannot be worn or have a perfume scent. 

No returns are accepted for promotions or discounts.

When returning a large number of items, we charge a return fee of 3 euros per item. This is to maintain the sustainable aspect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All types of merchandise not purchased on leselles.be cannot be returned.

To complete your return:

You can log in to your account on the webshop and register your return. If you still have an old account, you can use the return form . As soon as we have received and approved your request, you will receive information to return the goods.

Returns via email will not be accepted.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds 

The right to a refund only applies within 14 days after the date of purchase. If the goods have been worn or damaged, this right will lapse. If there are no labels, this right will also lapse. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed, depending on your payment institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
