General Terms and Conditions

Any order placed through this website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of any other general or specific terms and conditions of the buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Leselles is a webshop established in Belgium and is the seller of the products offered on this website. The company registration number and contact details can be found on the website.

All product presentations, prices and quotations are non-binding. An order becomes binding only after written confirmation or once execution of the order has commenced. Product information and pricing are provided subject to change and correction of obvious errors. Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Delivery is limited to the countries for which delivery via the webshop is available. Any stated delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delay in delivery shall not give rise to any right to compensation or termination of the agreement, except in the event of intentional delay. Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of non-delivery, any amounts already paid will be refunded without interest or additional compensation. Partial deliveries may occur. Risk shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of the goods. The goods remain the property of Leselles BV until full payment has been received.

Complaints regarding visible defects or non-conforming delivery must be reported within eight days of delivery. Complaints regarding hidden defects must be reported within eight days of discovery or from the moment such discovery could reasonably have been made. The warranty is limited to that provided for under the Belgian Civil Code. Leselles BV shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence and shall never be liable for indirect or consequential damage.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of shipment, without stating any reason. Returns are made at the consumer’s own risk and expense and must be returned in their original condition, with labels attached and in the original packaging. Custom-made products, discounted items and online samples cannot be returned or refunded. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods and will be made via the original payment method.

Leselles BV shall not be liable for non-performance or delay resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to production issues, transport delays, strikes, lock-outs, shortages at suppliers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Payments are made via the available online payment methods. Invoices are payable on the due date. In the event of late payment, statutory interest and a fixed compensation fee may be charged in accordance with applicable legislation. Leselles BV reserves the right to suspend or terminate further deliveries in the event of non-payment.

Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and solely for purposes such as order processing, administration and customer communication. The website uses cookies to optimise the user experience. By using the website, the user agrees to the use of cookies.

All content of this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of Leselles BV.

Electronic evidence is accepted. If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
