Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

Returns & exchanges

You must create a return via your account via Return form . That then comes in, it is approved by Liesbet and then they receive the information it needs. The customer can then purchase a label via the site. That
would be a link with MyParcel -> would now still be manual. The customer therefore pays for the return himself.
An additional 3 will be charged if more than 6 items are returned.

Exchange is possible! Returning or exchanging an item is easy! Simply follow our returns policy and return the item in its original condition. If you would like to exchange, please indicate which item you would like to receive instead. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the new items to you. Please note that reshipping costs and any additional charges may apply.

Products on sale cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, including the label. They must not have been worn. The original shipping bag can be reused.

Yes, shipping costs will be charged for returns or exchanges. For more than 6 pieces, an additional amount of 3 euros will be charged as a contribution to sustainability.
